I am very new to Dynamics. I am former .Net/SharePoint developer, I am learning to become functional consultant and later Technical Consultant. I am wondering where do D365 Sale > Lead/Opportunities data are stored. Are they store in Dataverse? Do I have to worry for that If I want to customized the sales module for my business need? Please let me know

Hi, all dynamics 365 data is stored cloud-based storage called Dataverse. You don't need to worry while customizing your Dynamics 365 apps. Your environment metadata and Dataverse data will be updated automatically.
