Removing Project Accounting from Company database and System

In the case where Project Accounting has been deployed on a GP client - and then had its various tables and stored procedures initialised on the Dynamics database and company database(s);

Is there a best practice or recommended way to remove all of this from the Dynamics GP system if required?

In general, I have found this can get quite messy if I use the Tools > Maintenance > SQL route to drop tables and stored procedures - and this method never quite cleans the system properly.

    I have previously came across the same issue; uninstalling project accounting, following the steps included in Knowledge Base Article ID 952379  through the Maintenance SQL Drop table, I still had few PA tables left in the company database that are not completely cleaned.

    The PA tables left in the company database have no critical effect, and the article is more than enough to follow.
