Hi All,
Have set up my email server profile with pop.gmail.com and smtp.gmail.com with ports 995 and 587 respectively. I have made sure to allow 3rd party apps and also turned off the captcha option. I have tested the mailbox and the incoming and outgoing email show as success, but when I send any e-mail to that e-mail address, they do not appear in CRM (however show in the gmail client). Any ideas on what is causing this and what the fix may be?
