Unify procedure fails at Match step with no error description - CI extended trial period

Hi,

I have configured a trial CI env successfully.

Later, close to the end of my trial period, a prompt appeared asking if I need to extend the trial period for more 30 days, and I confirmed that I need to extend.

Later, anytime I try to refresh "Unify" procedure, it fails at "Match" step, with no error description.

Any suggestions or hints will be appreciated.

Regards & Thanks

    Hi Rami,

According to the time which is shown in the 2nd screenshot, the last match failure should have occurred 7 days ago.

But you still have 28 days left on the current trial.

Have you checked whether this failure occurred on the last trial or this one?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your reply.

Recently, I was able to resolve this problem.

Let me describe what happened to help improving this procedure.

During the first trial, everything was working as expected.

Immediately after moving to the second trial, I started encountering this failure.

Later I discovered that many of my data sources attribute have their types been reset to "Text", which leaded to type mismatch and failure.

After configuring those data types again, everything worked as expected.

I hope these details will be useful.

    Regards

Thanks for sharing that your issue was resolved after fixing the source field data types.

was the data source types resolved in the source or in the Power Query step or the Map page?
