No financial entries created for Picking list/inventory transactions

Dear Dynamics 365 Community:

I created production order and started it. The picking list journal and route journal are posted.

However when I viewed the inventory transactions, it shows no financial entries. However the route transactions has financial entries.

I have checked some parameters like GL in item group linked to materials and ledger integration on item model group.

Other materials assigned to the same item group do not give the same problem. Please advise if there is any setting/parameters that I should check.

Hi Pam,

When you see the inventory transactions, on the ledger button there would be two options. Physical Voucher, Financial Voucher. Picking list entry is always part of your physical inventory transaction so a physical voucher would exist for this.

If you check the voucher the same accounts that have been setup for picking list in the item group must be accounted. The financial voucher is available when the production order is end.

Thanks for your reply.

Yes I have a physical voucher (screenshot below). Inventory transactions also show quantity and physical amount deducted. However when I zoom into the inventory transactions then Ledger, Physical, there is nothing show. The item group is completely setup and the materials is flushed at Start of production. I don't receive any error.

I have not ended y production order so there is nothing shown in Financial Voucher as well.

Please advise which parameter I may have missed.

ensure in item model group post physical inventory and include physical value is selected

and in production parameters both picking list in ledger is on

Hi Zain,

I think I got the missing parameter. My Production Parameter slider on Post Picking List in Ledger and Post Report as Finished ledger is set to No.
