Duplicate detection rules random unpublish

Hello,

I am facing a big and interesting issue. Once in a periode of time, sometimes every 2 months sometime every 2 weeks, lately every 2 days, the Duplicate detection rules I have in my Dynamics CRM Online 2013 version are unpublished without anyone unplishing them.

Anyone knows what can cause this? Or at least how can I track down the reason?

Please help because I cannot find any cause for it.

As well I am trying to find a way to be able to export duplicate detection job report. Anyone knows any way to do so?

    Hi Tiberius,

    This is a known issue where the rules are unpublished if the entity metadata changes. This will happen if you import a solution as well as if you change the meta data through the user interface.

    Hi  TIBERIUS,

    This problem comes when you are importing a solution having that particular entity for which you have configured duplicate detection and in the source system the duplicate detection is unchecked on the entity. So when you import a solution from source to your online production the changes done on the system are removed.

    That's not true, even if the duplicate detection is checked on the entity in the source system, the duplicate detection rules will be unpublished for that entity when you import it. You can try it on the same organization.
