Does anyone know if these Content Snippets referenced in the link below still work? It's on an old ADXStudio page, but hoping still relates to MS Portals.

https://community.adxstudio.com/products/adxstudio-portals/documentation/end-users-guide/content-management/content-snippets/content-snippets/

I am trying to change the text that displays on the Sign In page: Sign in with a local account

I found a Content Snippet that looked like it should work, but even after restarting the portal a few times it still isn't showing what I want it to. Is there anything wrong with what I have below, or does it just not workThis is with Dynamics365

Hi Syed. Not sure I understand. Are you saying that this Content Snippet will only work with the older ADXStudio portals? I am using MS Portals with Dynamics 365. I restarted the portal several times but it still shows the old text, not the new text I added to the Content Snippet.

No .. what i mean is CRM portal is same as Adx portal. Microsoft just brought the product and offered as "CRM portal".  so all the configuration should be similar to adx

Thanks Syed. I would say it's not exactly the same. There is new functionality, and certainly not all the same things exist in MS Portals. Events and SharePoint integrations are two things missing which is a shame! Thank you for replying!

yeah true. One more thing you can do. Edit the label using inline editor option if you login with admin account to the portal.

    Pls follow the steps

    1. Login portal with admin account

    2. Navigate to login scree

    3. Edit the lable of the inline container

    4.Save.

    Hope this works

Thanks again. Unfortunately once you are logged in, I don't know if there is a way to get back to the Sign In page with that text. Pretty sure you can't get to it, which is why I was hoping  the content snippet would work.

    The Content snippet should work.

    Did you test it out?

Hi Aric, yes. The screen shot is showing what I set up. And I restarted the portal several times. Have you seen it work with Dynamics 365 and MS Portals?

Yes you can go back by clicking backspace button or  clicking the backward arrow in the tab.

Alternatively  you can go by changing this url with your hostname.

Excellent, so simple but gave me exactly what I needed. Thanks Syed! Annoying that the content snippet didn't seem to work, but this resolved my issue. Thank you!
