When I try to import inventory issues with lot serial numbers, all fields import correctly into inventory Issue screen except for the lot serial number.
With the simple import file I get the message
"The lot number you entered already exists for this item. Please enter a new one" does not make sense as one should only be able to issue serialized items that exist?
I get the same error with both simple and intelligent imports, even when importing in edit mode only.
When I enter the same information into the Issue screen, it goes through without a problem.
When I try to import the issue of a inventory item without a serial number in the system, it throws the error
"The lot number does not exist.............."
It is as if the serial number import sees the transaction as a receipt and not an Issue?

I have spent many hours on this issue now and I would appreciate it if someone could let me know if they have imported inventory issues with serial numbers successfully or if this is an unsolvable issue.
