Exchange Server 2010 is in use.

Or Can I tweak the question this way - Is it possible to migrate all the contacts in Exchange server to Dynamics 2011?

You can track contacts on a user basis in Outlook. Select the contacts you wont to track in CRM and click track in your ribbon.

    Hi there,

in case such an issue appears again, try to use third-party services like Data2CRM. It is a data migration service that allows you to import data between CRM platforms.

The import of contacts from Outlook to Dynamics can be done by means of custom migration, when the techs do all the needed work.

You can contact Data2CRM experts for additional info.

    Best.
