Logged out of my D365 Development instance every 3 minutes

Three days ago, I started getting logged out of my D365 development instance every 3 minutes.

It is ridiculous considering that I have maximum thresholds set for session length and inactivity time out.

I have a support case open with Microsoft but am not getting any results and this is a major thorn in my side.

Is this happening to anyone else? Is this a large scale bug? Any help would be appreciated.

Could you try to check the how many users are log on this environment.

and could you also try to check the checkbox of keep me sign in when you log on to the D365 development instace.

I am the only user logged in on this instance.

I never use that checkbox on any of my customer instances and none of those tenants have the problem. Only my tenant has the problem. Both production and development, and my production instance has not been touched. I just logged into it to see if it has the same problem and it does. This began ~ 3 days ago. No changes were made to anything as it was the Thanksgiving holiday.

I found the issue. Apparently the value for "How long before the session expires do you want to throw a time out warning?" which was set to 1435, means it will trigger 5 minutes into the session, since I have the session limit set to a value of 1440.

Then when I react to it and log back in, it prompts me 5 minutes after that since 1435 minutes before 1400 is 5 minutes.

I fixed it by changing 1435 to 20.
