Hi,

Any idea why user list is not displayed? I've checked the Request a change for the requisition privilege but there were no changes made. Thank you in advance.

Normally the request Change is send to the people or the group who assigned to Workflow.
in this case the user who submitted.

What do you mean for 'In other instance'? You say different role with different duty and privilege? Or in different purchase requisition?

Hi,

User list field in the PR request change is deprecated in the latest version update of D365FO.
