Issues with customer receiving Email order confirmations

Hello,

We're on BC Cloud 19.5 and have started having issues with customer not receiving their email order confirmations. 

Sales Order > Print/Send > Email Confirmation > Send

Some customers are not receiving them at all.

Other are receiving the email but it contains no data or attachment.

If I send the same email to myself, it comes through ok with the attachment. 

Any suggestions of things to check?

    Please check the Email outbox, it has all the information to whom it  sent.

    Hi,

    Please go to the Feature Management and try to Enable email functionality.

    Thank you that is helpful. It seems to only show emails where there was an error so I'll monitor that.
