To improve your experience with Dynamics 365, your organization has been moved to another set of servers. When this move was made, the cross-reference that points your organization's Web address to the new server was updated. For some subscribers, their Internet Service Providers update cross-references only one time every 24 hours. Until then, you may be unable to sign in to your organization.
For more information about Domain Name System (DNS) service entries, read this Knowledge Base article: article

RE: D365 8.2 to 9.0 taking more time to upgrade

It looks like a DNS propagation issue rather than anything else. That error message is saying that your browser is still connecting to the old server location (the 8.2 instance) rather than the new 9.0 instance which will be on a different set of servers with a different IP address.

To fix this issue you will need to flush the dns cache on your computer see www.webnots.com/how-to-view-and-flush-dns-cache-in-windows-10 and see if that fixes the issue. If it doesn't you could change to a different set of DNS servers www.windowscentral.com/how-configure-cloudflare-dns-1111-service-windows-10-and-router tells you how to change them to Cloudflares new servers but you could use Googles (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 instead) and see if that works.

Otherwise wait 24 hours and it should all work fine..
