Server Instance not running

Hello All.

I am facing two issues after DB attacked by ransomware & also tried to restore the same issue is coming :

1. Server instance: DynamicsNAV90
System table $ndo$dbproperty is missing or database Test_Data is not a Microsoft Dynamics NAV application database.

2.The database uses an unsupported collation (Latin1_General_CI_AS). Only SQL Server 2008 versions of the Windows collations as listed in Microsoft Dynamics NAV are supported. Use the development environment to alter the database and change the collation.

Version : NAV 2016

It is better to restore old db backup and insert all missing transactions as backlog.

Hi, This is really unfortunate news.

I think this database is corrupted.

For question 01: You can check the table below.

For question 02: You can find this setup in properties of Database.

if you have differential backup running then you can restore the last Backup functional, in this case you wont have must data loss OR else you need to go with the last backup restored.

If not backup then you might need to solve this one by one which will take a way more time with no guarantee that it will be sorted.
