Requisitions Management GP2013 R2

Hi,

Where is the Approval Hierarchy setup for Requisitions Management in GP2013 R2?  I've looked all in the Workflow Maintenance and Workflow User Selection window and didn't find anything.

There should be a place where I see a user (either an Active Directory or GP) and say if the user is an Originator, Manager, Final Approver, etc.  Where can I map a user to a role?

Any direction would be much appreciated!

Thanks,

Steve

    SPENA,

Are you inquiring on the recently released workflow inside of Dynamics GP?  If yes, there is no definition of roles.  The workflows are defined as steps, and steps are assigned to one or more users for approval or task completion.

    Thanks

    Rob

    Hello Spena

You can refer to GP 2013 R2 Workflow documentation on the customer source using your customer source account.

Never hesitate to share any further inquiries,

    Hi,

I'm having problems with the Requisition Setup.  I have defined steps and assigned users to the steps.  However, it appears that only the user (gp login) who entered the requisition can see the requisition.  If another user tries to pull up the requisition, I get this error:

"You don't have access to this requisition number."

Can you please help me with this error?

    Thanks,

    Steve
