Hi All,

We are on SL 2011

I have a user reporting issues with copy and pasting into a field within the Invoice and Memo screen in the AR module. She gets:

SL System Message 6910 : Set ClipboardData operation failed

Once she gets this and clicks OK on the message the entire screen clears and she has to re-enter the entire invoice. This seems to happen intermittently, and she is copying from one description field within the same screen to another.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

She's copying one at a time. The original data exists in the invoice header description field and she's copying it to the line detail description field.

Hi Kim,

How many lines is she trying to copy at one time? Also, are all the lines already copied into the screen and then she is trying to just copy in the description on all the lines?

I would like to get a good idea of exactly what the user is doing so that I can test it on my demo database.
