I have a customer that is getting the following error when opening and closing the report definition to generate the report. They can generate the report but the error is annoying. They are on MR 2012 RU 11 hot fix 3. Do we need to give them an additional security? Is this just due to the Generator permissions.

I believe this was resolved in CU13. I tried to find the fix list but can't seem to find it on customersource. The best thing I could find was on this link: https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/dynamics_financial_reporting/2015/04/22/management-reporter-2012-cu-12-now-available/
About halfway down on the comments: "Marc and Ryan –There is an issue around closing reports as a limited user. This will be fixed in the MR CU13 release. "
I am having the same problem with MR 2012 RU 10. Every time a Generator user closes a report (even if they don't attempt to generate it or change any of the parameters), they get that "You don't have permission to perform this operation." I verified that these users have full permissions to the Report Library. Changing their role to Designer gets rid of the error.
Could this be related to the Report Library? The user has to be able to Create/Delete from that physical location.
