Hi,

We have a very critical order that is still in review process, even though it has been approved by the head of the user

It looks like it has gone back to the same user for some reason, even though he has already approved.

I have the same question (0)

Hi Gowtham Kumar,

Please what do you mean by it has gone back to the same user? Are you refereeing to the workflow originator ? What is the current approval status of the purchase order?

If the same user is in more than one approval step,yes it is possible to see the same user more than once.

Hi,

Okay, this means , the Purchase order is still in review, not fully approved.

You might want to check the approval step under the tracking details, where the document went back to Justin Prince. Check what was configure in there.

Yes the PO is not approved yet as it is going back again for the approval process.

Hi Gowtham Kumar,

What do you have configured for the assignment type in the board approval step? is it Participant, Hierarchy, workflow user, or user?

You would need to check this, you should be able to know why it is going back to Justin.

Just like BillurSamdancioglu said, it is obvious Justin appears more than once in the approval lifecyle.

Thank You Both. The user has both the board and conditional approvals so that it goes two twice for the approval. The workflow is now completed thank you.
