RMS 2.X Single store
What is the best way to archive and/or delete items that we will no longer be ordering and that we no longer have on-hand.
Any impacts to historical reports from doing this archiving and/or deleting process.

Hi Danny! As Todd mentioned, you never want to delete items from the database as it would effect historical data/reports that you may need in the future. Best option is to run a SQL script in RMS Admin that will set selected items to "inactive". Please contact your RMS Partner for assistance.

There is not a built in archiving feature for RMS.
Maybe one of the partners on this forum know of an archiving add-on that may do this.
However, I could see issues with reporting if items were removed.

This is around 3 months from now; and you can continue using RMS after this date but technical support will not be available.
I would recommend checking with your partner in regard to what they may recommend as a replacement system after the extended support end date.
