How to change the default e-mail subject for a customer reminder/statement?

Hello,

I would like to change the default subject in e-mail for the reminder/statement.

The perfect scenario would be when I have a first reminder, the e-mail subject would be for example "reminder".

Second reminder, the text would be for example "Statement".

But in first place, changing the default e-mail subject would be great!

Our customer works with NAV 2018.

Thank you in advance and with kind regards

(If anyone receives an update that's not on purpose sorry, don't need any help for this anymore)

    Timo,

If you are trying to create custom Subject text I would speak to your Partner to discuss the best approach based on each Level Reminder what Text should print. They could add maybe a Level Subject field and use that field when creating the email.

    Thanks,

    Steve
