We experience for several purchase orders, where we want to cancel or correct the purchase receipt, that we get the error as below. This happens for different items:
One or possibly several dimensions have been changed and are no longer identical to the ones on the original receipt reference.
A return can only be made from the dimensions specified on the original receipt. To make the return possible, transfer items to the original dimensions and perform the return.
Any idea what is the reason and and workaround to fix this?
