I would like to create a relatively simple CRM implementation for a membership organisation, to manage members, their subscriptions, available products and renewals etc. This screenshot shows the sort of thing that I'd like, and the link below shows a video example of the type of thing that I'd like to create.
Which App would I start with to create this? Is this based on a starter kit of sorts? How would I create something like this in MS Dynamics?
