PR - the Procurement category is not displaying at purchase requisitions line.

Hi All,

For some reason, I can see the Procurement category at the PO line, but I cannot see the Procurement category at the PR line. I'm in the right legal entity and I have System Admin access.

Here is my PR. The procurement category is empty.

Here is my PO:

In reviewing category access policy rules, I see that all the categories have moved to the right. I'm not sure where the issue is. Please suggest what may be the root cause. Thanks so much!

Hi Kim,

Could you please try these steps?

1. Under Procurement and Sourcing > Catalogs > Procurement catalogs, do you have a catalog setup?

2. If you edit this catalog, can you see a "+" sign against the categories?

3. If not, go to category navigation and click on "Show all products".

4. Publish the catalog.

5.Go to Procurement and Sourcing > Setup > Policies > Purchasing policies .

6. Under the procurement policy, choose category access policy and choose the selected category.

Thanks, Gunjan, for your response. I'm thinking it may be more on user access or something. Other users can see the Procurement category while I can not.

Do you have access to the Purchasing policies? Is it set up for any particular department?

Yes, I do have access to the Purchasing policies.

No, Not for the department but for the organization. The organization that I'm in is already moved to the right under SELECTED ORGANIZATIONS.

Is there a customization done to your environment for this? I can't find this tab in the standard version. I am on 10.0.12.
