Hi all,

  Good day to all.

I have a doubt. I need to change the  priviledges to few menu items which were present in UAT.  When i check the menu item, to open the form.  SYSOPERATIONTEMPLATEFORM.jpg

on the information tab Sysoperation Template form as Form name ?

on the menu item ? there is no menu name given? how to identify this is a form which has some security roles are assigned to them? to remove this form the corresponding module ? what one should do?

Thanks & Regards,

    RE: Permissions for SysOperationTemplate form

    Hi,

1.Go to menus.Locate the Right click menuitem and Click Properties

    2.Check MenuitemType,menuitemname.

    3.Go to menuitems.

    4.Locate that based on MenuitemType(Display,Output,Action)

    5.Right click Menuitem

    6.Cross-reference --> Update

    7.Click Add-ins

    8.Click Security Tools

9.View related security roles,View related security objects.

10.Go to role or privilige or duty

11.Change according to role which was given to user.

    Regards.

    RE: SysOperationTemplate Form

SysOperationTemplate is the dialog used by almost all SysOperation classes. I don't think you want to set permissions for the dialog, therefore this form isn't relevant to your goal. I assume you want to set permissions for the entry point of the process.

Look at which menu item is used to starting the process (e.g. which menu item in menu it is) and then use its context menu to find in which security privileges it's contained.
