Hi guys.
As the title suggest, I have a problem with email sent through CRM using Email router.
Starting from zero, I explain all my scenario:
1. The lateste Update Rollup installed is the 11v2 (we are planning to install the latest, but we cannot do that soon)
2. I have "System Administrator" rights on the organization

3. I have configured my user to use Email Router and, of course, configured properly the email address and approved it:

4. I have created two profile for Email Rouer (Incoming and Outcoming), specified the deployoment to associate with the two profiles, loaded data and tested the access with success:

6. Created 2 emails from the CRM UI and "send them".
7. The emails remain in "Pending Send" status reason "permanently":

8. I have enabled tracing for Email Router:
<LogLevel>3</LogLevel>
<LogFile>c:\emailrouterlog.txt</LogFile>
The only "significan" message that I can now read, both on the tracefile and from system events is:
"04/14/2014 16:33:54 : #23379 - Could not verify the version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM at http://domain_name/org_name. The server was unable to process the request due to an internal error. For more information about the error, either turn on IncludeExceptionDetailInFaults (either from ServiceBehaviorAttribute or from the <serviceDebug> configuration behavior) on the server in order to send the exception information back to the client, or turn on tracing as per the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 SDK documentation and inspect the server trace logs."
Please, can you help me in understanding. I really have checked every configuration and tried to follow any tips, but I still have the problem.
Thanks so much to everybody.
Daniele
