Issue in initiating an environment

Hey,

I am using Microsoft Partner Admin account, I have issue adding environment in the system. Please refer to screenshots attached.

  1. Can't add any type of environment [sandbox, production, trial] in any region

2. My Database Capacity if 1024mb used out of 0 mb

P.S Right now, I don't have any environment setup or not even in deleted one

    Hi ProMaxWorld,

    Your license determines whether you can create environments.

    License Trial Production
    Microsoft 365 Plans No No
    Dynamics 365 Teams Plans No No
    Power Apps Community Plan No No
    Dynamics 365 trial Yes (one) No
    Dynamics 365 Plans Yes (one) Yes
    Power Apps plan Yes (one) Yes
    Power Apps trial Yes (one) Yes
    Power Virtual Agents trial plan Yes No
    Power Virtual Agents plan No Yes

    To determine which license a user has, sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center and follow the steps in Assign licenses to multiple users on the Active users page.

    Global admins and Power Platform admins can create environments without a license. See Administer without a license.

    Hi!!

    this seams that you have a trial subscription, therefore you don't have default capacity and only trials environments are allow to be created on your default region.

    to provision a sandbox or Prod environment you will need a paid license,
