Sick leave attachement trigger to payroll

Is it possible to create a trigger that gets sent to the payroll department when an attachment has been placed on a leave request in absence?

In our case it is much easier for the payroll to have an overview if the attached sick leave note gets automatically sent to payroll after it has been sent.

You can use standard alert functionality or Power automate to send a notification to your payroll system.
