Issue with mails from Gmail to Cases

Hello Friends

I am creating Mail to Case and I have configured queue and Automatic record creation and update rule.

Issue is, when I send mail to gmail account and mail is not showing in cases.

    I have seen this answer but I didn't get any solution. still I am unable to get the mail into Cases. do you have any other solution?
