Dear,

I have to create purchase order with GST Free line, here "GST Free" is refers to the item GST tax group . Please let me know if it is correct.

Hi Prabhu.rengasamy,

The standard application determines the ('tax free') tax code through the combination of the sales tax group and the item sales tax group.

I am not sure how your taxes are set up and for which country but I would always check both; the sales tax group and the item sales tax group used.

Note: Once the sales tax group and the item sales tax group are set up correctly you can preview the calculated sales tax in the sales tax form that can be accessed through the sales tax button.
