Unable to reactivate case

Hello,

We have several users with a specific role who are not being able to reactivate cases using the standard button.

The only detail we got in the error log is this:  Error_Message_0x80040220

I tried searching the error in this page: https://programmersinting.wordpress.com/2011/05/02/microsoft-dynamics-crm-error-code/

but it does not say anything about the missing permission at the role level.

Could anyone help me to find out which permission this role is missing to perform this action?

    Hi,

    I was able to resolve this issue yesterday, I provided "Actual" entity under Custom Entities the permissions since I use PSA.

    Hi,

    As per SDK\SampleCode\CS\HelperCode\ErrorCodes.cs it says "PrivilegeDenied"

    public const int PrivilegeDenied = unchecked((int)0x80040220); // -2147220960

    check for the required privileges including Append & AppendTo for subgrids and lookup on the case.

    I have seen in another post same issue has been raised , you can have look below post,  if it's similar then you need to raise ticket to MS Support.

    Did you downloaded the log file ? Can you please share complete logs .
