We have several users with a specific role who are not being able to reactivate cases using the standard button.
The only detail we got in the error log is this: Error_Message_0x80040220
I tried searching the error in this page: https://programmersinting.wordpress.com/2011/05/02/microsoft-dynamics-crm-error-code/
but it does not say anything about the missing permission at the role level.
Could anyone help me to find out which permission this role is missing to perform this action?
