Workflow Status by Pending User

Hi!

I am trying to find a report that shows me a list of all pending transactions in a workflow and the user that needs to take action. This way I can take identify and take action if I see transactions stacking up on a user.

I see the instructions for identifying the workflows outstanding for a specific user in the Workflow history Inquiry section of the Common Module, but for some reason the Name on the Work Item is empty (I can see the User name if I go to the transaction directly), and it is one user at a time, not all of them.

What would be really powerfull is a Power BI report that shows pending transaction detail!

Have you checked the workflow history form in organization administration module ?

Hi, As you mentioned, You can see all pending workflows from Workflow History in Common or Organization Administration modules. However, I don't think there is any standard report to provide details on all user level. You can create a Power BI report by exporting workflow data from tables like WorkflowTrackingTable, WorkFlowTrackingWorkItem.

But just be aware that there is still a limitation in that seeing workflows with "child" workflows isn't factored into the link above.
