Error in CPOS while add customer first time in transaction

I am getting " we cannot process your request at this time , please try again later " error , while trying to perform a transaction using a new customer in CPOS . But after going back to Customer Data if I save it without any update and then again perform transaction , it is happening successfully .

Any idea why this issue is coming at first time . Able to replicate the issue also .

Did you have a look at the CSU logs in LCS to find out why it is failing? If you are able to reproduce the issue on store commerce/ MPOS in the environment, the windows event viewer might provide some information. Also, check if you have any customization in the customer creation/update part.

In Microsoft Edge , Developer tool -->Networlk --> ALL , I have checked and found the following request and response for the error message :

Do you have any idea how to proceed further ? Do I need to involve Commerce Technical resource to debug the code .
