Hi All,
I am working in a Business Central OnPrem environment and have setup SMTP email. Everything works as expected and test mails can be sent.
This was done to receive workflow request and approval notifications through email. The problem is I am not getting any emails. I researched and started troubleshooting and found what is wrong, but I do not see a straight forward way to fix this.
When submitting a request for approval an approval entry does get created, but no emails are sent. I then went to the Job Queue Entries and I can see the Job created to sent the email.
I have noticed that the job queue entry gets created, but not executed. Any ideas why this might happen?
I suspect this is some simple oversight, but I just cannot figure it out.
