Below is the error with RMS 2.0 Build 2.0.1006. RMS is running on windows 7 Pro 64 Bit system. RMS POS crashes anytime during or after transaction there is no specific event i can tell as it happens randomly and it happens on all 4 POS Machines that are running same OS windows 7 Pro 64 Bit OS as well as Processor 64 Bit. All windows updates are applied. Found with some google search that ntdll.dll cause because of some hardware and drivers conflicts. Any issues with RMS 2.0 on 64bit OS ??? If yes , any solutions or suggestions will be appreciated.

Thanks

Syed

What make and model of receipt printer?

Using Windows or OPOS printer driver?

    Epson TM-T88V

    Using OPOS.

Any issues with RMS 2.0 on 64bit OS ? I have seen in forms issues reported by user with 64bit OS and OPOS Drivers in RMS but never found documentation about it.

We don't sell Epson, but they seem their share of issues, as they seem to update their drivers _very_ often.  I would start with their latest OPOS driver which I think is 5.0 and then work backwards if the issues continue.

We sell Star Micronics printers and use their Windows drivers without issue..
