Unit of Measure Schedule detail OR Inventory Quantities with different U Of M than the base U Of M

I'm trying to create a SmartList that will pull quantities in inventory by a different unit of measure than the base unit of measure.  Is this possible?

If not, how can I pull the detail in all of our unit of measure schedules?  Then I can at least convert the quantities in Excel with a formula.

Thank you for any help!

    Hi

I don't think that is possible.  The unit of measure schedule is mainly used in purchasing and sales to purchase by or sell by a different unit of measure.  When booked in inventory, it always books it in in the base unit.

The unit of measure setup tables are IV40201 and IV40202 - you may need to pull the detail direct from SQL.

    Hope that helps a little.

    Cheers

Start with the purchase receipts refreshable Excel report. The quantity on hand for each receipt layer should tie to your stock status report.

Next, add another tab (or two) that pulls in the two SQL tables that Heather mentions above. From there, I think you could probably do it with some VBA and/or vlookups. I haven't tried it, so Heather might be correct in saying that it can't be done. Excel is pretty powerful though, so I'd be surprised if you couldn't.

Thank you for the replies.  The items I need are not purchased.  We're a manufacturer. However, I was able to come up with something.  I  pulled the data using the tables suggested and created a calculation, all through SmartList Designer.
