PayPal Payment Services - Should Link Work On PDF or Only In Emails?

I've reviewed everything and the standard PayPal extension is install and setup within Business Central. When I create a sales invoice or posted sales invoice PDF it shows the PayPal link and icon, but there the link doesn't work. If I just send it via email, the link in the email works. Shouldn't the link in the PDF work as well?
I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

You need to make changes to report layout format using RDLC and reload the report.

    Thanks

Can you clarify what you mean by "the link doesn't work"? Is it not a clickable hyperlink, or is the URL incorrect?

@Valentin Castravet the link is not clickable at all. However, in the report layout it looks correct.

Could you share the PDF? This seems a bit strange, maybe it's a pdf software issue.

    Thanks.

It sounds like you're dealing with an issue where PayPal links aren’t working in PDFs, which is likely due to the limitations of how PDFs handle interactive content. While email clients generally support clickable links, PDFs sometimes don’t recognize them as active, depending on how they’re formatted. You might need to review the settings in your Business Central or adjust the configuration for PDF exports to make sure the link is clickable. On a different note, if you're looking to relax after dealing with these issues, https://casinosanalyzer.com/online-casinos could be worth checking out. It provides detailed reviews of trusted online platforms, helping you find secure sites with reliable payment options, like PayPal, so you can enjoy some downtime while knowing you're engaging with reputable services.
