How to Delete or Renname a Bulk delete Job in MS CRM online

Hi all,

I scheduled a bulk delete job on dynamics crm 2016 online, but I need to rename it. I was only able to modify occurrence. And I couldn't find any button to delete the job, then add a new one to replace. Any idea?

You can Cancel the job, and then create a new job to replace it. You'll find the Cancel command on the same menu (More Actions) as Modify Occurrence. You can't rename a Bulk Delete job after you have created it.

If you really want to delete the canceled Bulk Delete Job, you can do an Advanced Find on the System Jobs entity. Use System Job Type equals "Bulk Delete" to return a list. In the Advanced Find Results window, you can select the job and use the Delete button to delete it.

Hi

To change the name of the delete job is not possible through online, Ony way is either cancel bulk delete job and create a new one.
