I have an open case but the troubleshooting steps have been basic at best and things i've already tried.
Voucher Client/Server are on the same PC as HQ Client/Server. The ports all match up, the test connections buttons all work, ports opened on the firewall as well as firewall turned off.
When trying to sell a Global Voucher, I just get Attempt To Connect to HQ failed.....informative. There is ZERO documentation out there on how to setup and configure to even validate my setup is correct.
Anyone?

OK...I guess I figured it out.
The limited info contiued to repeat HQServer and HQClient must be started prior to starting VoucherServer and VoucherClient. I decided to kill HQServer and HQClient and boom it works. I stopped Voucher Server/Client, started HQ Server/Client and restarted Voucher Server/Client and there are no issues (at least from the store that exists where HQ Server is).
I guess in the end you have to get it to connect once to start working? This whole thing is strange on how it's set up.
