Import and Re importing not working on CRM 2016

When we download the template from system and filling the data and  importing using sheet using import option. When we check the status in the imports its keep on submitted only as shown in below image. Could any one suggest what was the exact problem. We have restarted asynchronous service also.

    Hi Satish,

      We had same problem in CRM 2015 Onpremise. When we disable and re-enable the organization it worked for me.

    hello,

    in my case the error was generated by some fields that were added in the views related to that entity and they suffered some changes or they were deleted in the meantime therefore the views were not able to query the database correctly anymore.

    this had the biggest impact on the file import for that entity as all files remained like "submitted" without being imported.

    you can try to "resume" each of the 3 steps there (parse, transform, import), starting the next one only after previous step is "succeeded". it might work like this as workaround but only after you update and publish your views.

    When i open imported record created in the imports entity after importing a file to CRM by navigating using imports menu. In that when i went to system jobs there it is showing status reason as waiting for resources as shown in below image what could be the reason for this

    I have had success by converting the downloaded file to CSV before re-uploading.

    Works like a charm

    Verified already it is running perfectly restarted and checked also but no luck same problem

    Hi Mohd Saad,

    Asyn service running perfectly i have restarted the servcie also still no use it is in the same state only as submitted. It is the on premises environment.
