Try to reset the IIS then try it out. Also make sure you were entering the exact domain and server name to connect...

Finally, I found the solution after 2 days of hard work.

Here are the steps what I have done:

    - Open Deployment Manager in CRM Server

    - Look to left tree, Right click on Main root (Microsoft Dynamicx CRM)

    - Choose Properties

    - In the dialog box click, click on Web address

    - Change Binding type from (Https) to (Http)

    - Apply then close.

    - Restart all Services related to CRM

    - Then try to login using Registration Tool, type (Server, Port) and choose “Use Default Credentials” check box

    - Select “Display list of available organizations” check box

    - Click Login

    And Voila.

    Thanks

    Hani

Yes, for on-premise instance, AD credentials will authenticate to http, unless if it is public hosted.
