Microsoft Dynamics NAV connect to SAP Business One?

Is it possible to connect these two software together? How?

Our manual method of invoicing is to create Invoice from Microsoft Dynamics Nav then print it.

After getting the hard copy it will be delivered to finance department to encode. As you see it has too much effort in order to encode the invoice so my boss want to connect this two software to avoid too much trouble and cost in delivering and printing the Invoice.

Thanks in advance, any help please.

On NAVISION we have web services that can be used to connect to third party applications.  In your case you need only the posted invoices table (Table 112 and 113) to be linked with another applications.  You need to identify where on the Business One the above info need to be stored and configure the web services accordingly

Thank you Mosaheb, sorry for my question again but how will I access the web services of my NAVISION? As of now I am using NAVISION 2015 w/ MSSQL 2014. Your response is always appreciated.

Yes, it is possible to export an Invoice from SAP Business One to a table that you designate so that Dynamics NAV can read, import and create a corresponding invoice.  That would be a manual process.  SAP B1 does provide automated tools that can export the Invoice fields based on a trigger or in batch.  Note that security and authorizations will apply.  My company is an SAP Business One Gold Partner so please contact me if we can be of service with this task.

Sorry if I got confuse on your response but what if Dynamics NAV Invoice and import to SAP B1? Is it also possible? 'cause you say SAP B1 to Dynamics NAV only how about the other way around? Did that also provide service?

Importing an invoice into SAP B1 is also possible.  Importing an invoice from ERP "A" into ERP "B" is a project that requires a detailed plan to map the fields (header, lines, footer) from one ERP to another ERP, regardless of ERP brand.  This is a fee based service that we provide to our customers on an as needed basis.   Providing this service for a non-customer will require discovery and project planning work, also for a fee.

You can do this, but you need to have a intermediate application (integration) to sync data between two systems. Contact your Microsoft Dynamics NAV partner for more information about the integration. This requires modification in Microsoft Dynamics NAV side and also in SAP B1 side.
