What is an INCT journal entry in AX

Never heard INCT. Who gave you this abbreviation and in which context?
Maybe something that has been modified for your company?!

Is this something that you are selecting in journal name field on inventory counting. INCT.. make me believe some used that as a journal name instead. Screenshots would be helpful, if it's not what i have mentioned above. Screenshot is from D365 but same kind of functionality exists in previous version as well. Below you see ICnt .. it's defined by user.
