I am getting the following warning on Service fabric cluster screen. So I am thinking if the service fabric stops working after support ends. While looking at the official documentation https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/service-fabric/service-fabric-versions#unsupported-versions, I see there is some mentioning about what happened if it is not updated. How can I verify?
'System.UpgradeOrchestrationService' reported Warning for property 'ClusterVersionSupport'.The current cluster version 7.0.470.9590 support ends 2021/01/31 12:00:00 AM. Please view available upgrades using Get-ServiceFabricRegisteredClusterCodeVersion and upgrade using Start-ServiceFabricClusterUpgrade.
Yesterday somebody created a thread about the same thing: Service Fabric End of Support. It has a verified answer; check out if it helps.
Hi AR01,
After the cluster is running the latest version, the warning goes away.
When you see the cluster health warning, please upgrade the cluster.

What if it is not updated and it expires, will it stop working? Can we just upgrade this service fabric cluster and not the whole FO environment?
Hey Martin,
Let me check if I can just delete this thread. I will respond on another.
