2022 1099 Nec Form - What Print option to make it align properly with the IRS Form

In Business Central, when I go to print the new 2022 1099 Nec forms, they do not align completely with the preprinted IRS forms.  I pull the 1099 Nec and save as a PDF.  From this PDF, I cannot get it to print without overlapping some of the preprinted IRS form data.  I have tried to print as "fit to page, " "shrink to fit, " and Print actual size."  None of these print the forms properly for clear reading.  

How can I get the forms to print in alignment with the form completely?

    Hi ,

    Business Central Does Not Have Direct Control Over How the Forms Are Printed as the Forms Are saved in PDF Format and the printing is Handled By your Own PDF Viewer.

    But You Can Verify And Change Layout Before Converting Them Into PDF.

    For that You Have To Create A Custom Layout of that Form And Make Changes on the Layout Using Microsoft Report Builder.

    Unfortunately No.  I went ahead and typed ours out manually over the weekend.

    Hi , First You Have To Export The layout, For that You have To Create a Custom Layout Of a Report.

    Goto 

    Custom Report Layout --> Click On New Action --> On the Report Id Choose the relevant Report ID( In your Case Your Form Report ID) ---> Enable the RDLC layout Boolean --> Click Ok.

    This should be enough to generate a Custom Layout for your Report. Now Click on Export Package to export the layout Of your Report.

    The report Layout file will be .rdl Type File.

    To open this File You have to download Microsoft Report Builder, You can Directly search and download it from the web. 

    Now You can Change the Layout of the Report as you want and After Finishing all of your Changes , You have to import the same file to the same Custom Report on Business Central.
