Hi All,

After completion of Upgrade process from BC 14 to BC 23 onpremise version i am facing issue with we paused while you were away , please refresh to continue, can anyone help me on this error correction..

This is usual behavior when the system is opened and left idle for 10min.
The time, when user session is passed can be adjusted (if You have on-prem system) in the configuration file. For SaaS I'm not sure, if it can be adjusted.

Just to add some information, as of now the Cloud version cannot modify this setting.
