Despite the data is presented in CRM, it's not being reflected in Portal Search Result. Earlier it was working. Suddenly it stopped working. I refreshed cache, restart portal, everything. Any Idea?

Hi Arpit, I am working on CRM portal ideas/blogs/KB articles search. When I do search on KB articles, then it gives us old articles in result. but it's not worked for new records. We have ideas and blogs data but when we are going to search (community portal), it is not gives any records. Currently we are using on premises CRM instance. Is it same bug as you mentioned above? or is there any resolution?
Hi,
Search Index needs to build every time in order to get the updated data in Portal Search results. Earlier in Adxstudio, it was possible to manually build the Search Index, but now in Microsoft Portal, it's being handled by Microsoft only.
So if the CRM updated data is not being reflected in Portal Search results, you need to communicate with Microsoft in order to get it build.

It's a known bug in Portal. Raise a ticket with Microsoft to get this resolved.
