Existing vendor -vendor provision to access vendor collaoration

When we try to provision the existing vendor for vendor collaboration access.

system is throwing error.

we have cleared caches, still system is throwing same error.

FYI: there is no customization on vendor provision or vendor collaboration form. we are using standard process.

Kindly suggest how to fix the issue.

    Hi Waseemak,

    Is this user having the system administrator role assigned or not? Are you on the latest version? If you get the error with a system administrator role , you can have a look if there is a known issue on LCS issue search. Oherwise, I would suggest to log an incident for Microsoft Support.

    It seems you're running into a problem because two different accounts in Dynamics 365 F&O are trying to use the same email address. This happens when an existing user's email matches the email you want to assign to a new external user.

    To fix this, simply make sure the email address you want for the external user isn't already in use by someone else in the system. You can check your user list before creating the external user to avoid any conflicts
