Linkedin sales navigator installation failure

Hi,

In one of my Sandbox (DEV) environments the 'LinkedIn Sales Navigator for Dynamics 365 fails at install, with the following error message

Performed the 'retry installation'

Within the solutions, only have these.

Any ideas why it's not working?

This as installed on another Sandbox (UAT) but not on the Live Environment. Same message and solutions as the DEV environment
