    Depending on the scenario, there might be different steps. Generally, to reverse, user needs to un-apply payment from invoice from vendor ledger entry first. Then reverse the payment depending on how the payment is made. You might need to reverse the invoice via credit memo as well.

    Business Central: Amount must be negative/positive in Gen. Journal Line Journal Template Name=’GENERAL’,Journal Batch Name=’xxxx’,Line No.=’X0000′
