Create a contact from Unknown sender Email using Plugin.I need first name and last name of the sender while creating email from incoming email in Plugin.
Hi,
We have to register plugin to email entity for create message, please find below properties of email entity as below:
We can use following properties:
1. directioncode (Incoming)
2. sender (From email address)
We can get the sender's email address from sender field in plugin and use that to fill first name and last name, Thank you.
